🚀 This Week’s Growth Hack:
Combining 2 Channels
Last week, I stumbled upon this wild stat: brands that run both affiliate AND influencer marketing together see 46% higher affiliate-based sales compared to brands just running affiliate marketing alone.
Even crazier? That number jumps to 178% for health and beauty brands!

Why such a massive difference? Most brands keep these channels completely siloed, but the ones crushing it are breaking down the walls between them to create a full-funnel approach.
Here are 3 specifics of this Growth Hack you can steal for your brand:
1️⃣ - Combine Payment Structures - Instead of paying influencers flat fees and affiliates pure commission, the smartest brands are creating hybrid models.
Example: Say you sell weighted eye masks. You might pay your influencers a $500 flat fee PLUS 10% commission on sales. This way they are motivated to actually drive sales, not just awareness.
2️⃣ - Cross-Pollinate Content - The biggest brands take content from their influencers and give it to their affiliates to use in their promotional efforts.
Example: That UGC video of someone unboxing your product and showing how it works? Give it to your affiliates to use in their ads and emails. Now you're getting 2X the value from that content investment.
3️⃣ - Track The Full Journey - Stop measuring influencer reach and affiliate sales separately. The real magic happens when you can see how an influencer's awareness post leads to affiliate sales 3 weeks later.
Example: One of my agency's old clients saw that 35% of their affiliate sales came from people who first discovered them through an influencer 2-3 weeks prior. But they would have never known that if they kept the channels separate!
