The #1 Time-Saving Growth Hack

Last Tuesday night I was at a mastermind dinner with eight other marketing agency owners in Los Angeles, and two questions kept coming up:

1. How do I find the time to build the @MarketingMax brand to 250,000+ followers while running a business… hiring, managing talent, servicing clients, and all?

I know it might sound simple, but templates have been the backbone of my entire entrepreneurship journey since 2017. They’re how I stay consistent with my tweets, create high-converting ads for clients, and, yes, even put out this newsletter each week. 1. My Social Templates

After years of crafting high-value tweets and before any of had heard the word “ChatGPT” … I looked at the analytics of all my most viral tweets and found some patterns between them. This helped me create a personal template library in my Notion second brain with over 100 “mad libs style” tweets. One of my favorites:

2. My Ad Template Secret

In a marketing/ad agency business where every second of your team’s time counts, finding ways to templatize everything from client onboarding to the actual deliverables is a must.
