How I Accidentally Became A Software Company

A few years ago, I realized I was already sitting on top of a goldmine of operational data.

I had Airtables for:

  • newsletter sponsors

  • ad calendars

  • growth experiments

  • internal tracking

The data itself wasn’t the problem. The problem was that none of it was actually usable in a clean, scalable way across my team and advertisers.
